There are only a few days left to submit films for the 22nd Encounters Short Film & Animation Festival (Bristol, UK, 20 – 25 September 2016).
All films must be submitted by 02 May 2016. (UK student submissions must be entered by 6 June).
Films less than 30 minutes in length from every genre are eligible for this year’s competitive programmes:
