O Centro Cultural do Camões, I.P. em Vigo informa que estão abertas até 21 de fevereiro de 2017 as candidaturas para o "Festival Primavera do Cine" em Vigo.
As obras audiovisuais produzidas nos países da CPLP têm lugar de destaque neste festival.
Poderão apresentar-se a concurso curtas ou longas-metragens, fição, não-fição ou animação, desde que estejam legendadas em galego ou espanhol.

Venue: Belvárosi Cinema, Vilmos Zsigmond auditorium, Szeged, Hungary
Date: 10-13 May 2017
Vilmos Zsigmond, the world-famous, Academy Award-winning cinematographer, was born in Szeged and was also named honorary citizen of the town. The largest auditorium with 540 seats in Belvárosi Cinema, which is one of the biggest, oldest and most beautiful cinemas in Hungary, was named after him in 2005, and he was very proud of it. He visited the cinema many times and brought international TV companies along to the place where he first met the wonderful world of movies.

Calling all indie filmmakers! Do you want your work to be seen? Do you want your creative talent to be noticed? Submit your film to ÉCU - The European Independent Film Festival and compete with the world's best indie films.
ÉCU has expressly established itself and is often referred to as the Sundance of Europe. As such, we are the perfect venue for bold and visionary filmmakers to present their work to the cinema-loving public who are actively seeking alternatives to commercial-hungry major studio projects. Our screenings of new and thought-provoking cinematic creativity attracts more than just the public, but agents, talent scouts, production company representatives, distributors, and established producers, all of whom are searching for inspiring projects and raw talent. Above all, we are proud to be a filmmakers' festival!
The next ÉCU, the 12th edition, will take place in 21st, 22nd and 23rd of April, 2017 in Paris, France.
We are looking for original independent works across fourteen categories.

Everybody over 18 years old is encouraged to participate with a 1 minute length video. Participants will be competing for a prize of 1,500 euros and the opportunity to film a video in an H2020 research meeting!
How to participate
Individuals and groups up to 3 people can participate with a video of any genre or format (animation, stop-motion, documentary, fiction…) uploaded to YouTube. They just have to send the link of the video to competition@primefish.eu together with the name, surname, address and contact details of all team members. The deadline for all submissions is February 5th 2017 at 08:59:59 AM CET.
Prize
The creators of the best video will be awarded with 1,500 euros and a paid trip to the Costa Dorada (Spain) to film a second video about the PrimeFish project. It will be a learning and networking experience, side by side with the scientists involved in an innovative H2020 project.

NexT International Film Festival started in 2007 and has become ever since the biggest event dedicated to short and medium films in Romania.
Having a selection of more than 150 short films every year, presented within the two competition sections and numerous special programs, NexT is one of the most eclectic Romanian film festivals, a panorama of the innovative and creative worldwide cinema.
We are now in the process of selection of films for our future edition and the reason for this e-mail is that we would be extremely interested in seeing the 2016 production of short films from your students and we were hoping you can provide us with a list of screeners.
